塑料混入生活垃圾中的废旧塑料包装物很难处理:填埋处理将会长期占用土地,混有塑料的生活垃圾不适用于堆肥处理,分拣出来的废塑料也因无法保证质量而很难回收利用。

“禁塑令”

伴随人们生活节奏的加快,社会生活正向便利化、卫生化发展。为了顺应这种需求,一次性泡沫塑料饭盒、塑料袋、筷子、水杯等开始频繁地进入人们的日常生活。这些使用方便、价格低廉的包装材料的出现给人们的生活带来了诸多便利。但另一方面,这些包装材料在使用后往往被随手丢弃,造成“白色污染”;形成环境危害,成为极大的环境问题。

从2008年中国“禁塑令”实行以来,中国对生物降解塑料的需求保持较高稳定增长趋势。 2011-2018年,中国生物降解塑料需求市场增速为12%左右。 2015年11月,中国吉林省成为首个全面禁用不可降解塑料袋、塑料餐具省份。 2019年2月,海南省政府发布《海南省全面禁止生产、销售和使用一次性不可降解塑料制品实施方案》,中国强制禁塑政策逐渐推广,市场需求具有较大上升空间。 2018年,中国生物降解塑料需求市场规模约为4.2万吨。

Since the implementation of China's "plastic ban" in 2008, China's demand for biodegradable plastics has maintained a high and steady growth. From 2011 to 2018, China's biodegradable plastics market growth rate was about 12%. In November 2015, Jilin Province of China became the first province to completely ban non-degradable plastic bags and plastic tableware. In February 2019, the Hainan Provincial Government issued the "Implementation Plan for the Comprehensive Banning of the Production, Sale and Use of Disposable Non-degradable Plastic Products in Hainan Province". China's compulsory plastic ban policy has gradually been promoted, and the market demand has a large room for growth. In 2018, China's biodegradable plastics market size was approximately 42,000 tons.

全降解原材可在自然界的土壤,沙土等條件,堆肥條件,厭氧消化條件等自然中存在的微生物作用引起降解,最後完全完全轉化為二氧化碳,水和元素無機鹽及新的生物質塑料。

全降解相對市場上現有的可降解材料,可以做到百分百降解,既被完全自然吸收,不會造成土壤,水源及生態圈的負擔。

 

BBM
BBM is an advance development on the basis of degradable materials, it can be completely degraded and absorbed by natural environment. BBM are different from traditional materials. It's biopolymerization is derived from renewable resources, such as sugar, starch, vegetable oil, and fiber. In fact, Moso Bamboo is the main ingredient used.

The BBM can cause degradation in the natural soil, sand, compost conditions, anaerobic digestion condition and other micro-organisms existing in nature, and finally completely degrade into carbon dioxide, water, elemental inorganic salts and new biomass plastics.
Compared with the existing degradable materials on the market, BBM can be completely degraded, that it is completely absorbed by nature without causing the burden on soil, water sources and the ecosystem.
